Privacy Policy

InkTwin PDF is published by RUTSIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED under the Google Play developer name Happy Cloud World. This Privacy Policy explains how the InkTwin PDF Android application handles information.

Local-first document handling: PDF metadata and document contents stay on this device. InkTwin PDF does not upload your PDFs, document contents, local PDF index or encrypted drafts to an InkTwin PDF server.

PDF documents and local files

Core PDF viewing and editing run on your device. If you enable the optional local PDF library, InkTwin PDF reads file names, folder paths, file sizes and modification dates to find and list PDF files stored on shared or removable storage. This local index stays on your device.

You may decline broad file access and select individual PDF files through Android's system file picker. InkTwin PDF uses selected files only to perform actions you request, such as opening, editing, renaming or saving a PDF.

Drafts and exports

Unfinished edits may be stored as encrypted InkTwin draft data in app-private storage. Drafts are not stored as usable PDF exports. Exporting creates a PDF copy in a location you choose. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes app-private drafts and settings, subject to Android's normal backup and storage behavior.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. InkTwin PDF does not receive your full payment-card details. The app may receive product identifiers, purchase tokens, order status and entitlement information needed to provide purchased features and restore access. Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising

InkTwin PDF uses TopOn mediation and may request ads from Google AdMob, Pangle, Unity Ads/ironSource, InMobi and Chartboost. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings and the network that fills an ad, these providers may process advertising or other device identifiers, IP address and IP-derived approximate location, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, crash information and fraud-prevention signals. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, apply frequency controls, prevent fraud and, where permitted, personalize advertising.

InkTwin PDF uses Google User Messaging Platform before requesting ads where a consent message is required. You can reopen available advertising privacy choices from Settings. Provider policies: TopOn, Google, Pangle, Unity/ironSource, InMobi, and Chartboost.

PDF contents, OCR text, file names, file paths, local PDF indexes and encrypted drafts are not supplied to advertising SDKs as ad-request parameters.

Permissions

InkTwin PDF may request All files access so the user-facing local PDF library can discover and manage PDF documents across shared storage. This access is used only for PDF discovery and file operations requested by the user. You can continue to open individual files with the system file picker without granting broad access.

Network access is used for advertising and consent services, Google Play purchase services and links you choose to open. InkTwin PDF does not use network access to upload PDF contents.

Data sharing and sale

InkTwin PDF does not sell your PDF contents or document data. Advertising providers may collect or receive the advertising-related information described above, subject to your consent and regional choices. The app does not share PDF metadata, document contents, local indexes or encrypted drafts with advertising providers.

Retention and deletion

InkTwin PDF has no user account and no developer-operated cloud database containing your documents. Local drafts, indexes and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data or uninstall the app. Google Play retains purchase records under Google's policies.

Security

InkTwin PDF uses app-private storage and Android Keystore-backed encryption for supported draft data. No storage system is completely secure, so protect your device and retain backups of important original documents.

Children

InkTwin PDF is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an InkTwin PDF server.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app, providers or legal requirements change. The date above will be revised when changes are published.
