Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RUTSIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED handles information in connection with RepayLab.
Information handling
Information you choose to enter is used to provide the service you request. This may include loan-account labels and terms, payment records, manual rate changes, repayment plans, available cash, income and expense events, reserve targets, and reminder settings. RepayLab stores these records in the app’s private storage on your device. It does not create an online account, read a bank account, or automatically obtain credit information.
You can export a local backup or planning report through Android’s document and sharing controls. RepayLab does not upload those files. A destination or app you select receives the file under its own privacy practices. We do not sell information you enter or use it to submit an application to a financial provider.
Notifications
If you enable payment reminders, RepayLab requests notification permission where Android requires it and schedules reminder work on the device. Default lock-screen text does not include a balance, income, shortfall amount or lender name. You can disable reminders or notification permission at any time.
Third-party services
RepayLab may use TopOn for advertising mediation, Google User Messaging Platform for consent choices, and advertising services supplied through Google AdMob, Pangle, Unity Ads, Chartboost, ironSource/Unity LevelPlay and InMobi. Depending on your settings, region and applicable law, those providers may process device information, advertising or app identifiers, IP-derived general location, ad and app interactions, diagnostic and other app-performance data and, where an advertising SDK declares it, personal identifiers or purchase-history signals to deliver, measure, secure and prevent fraud in advertising. RepayLab does not provide loan inputs, calculations or exported schedules to those providers.
Your loan amount, interest rate, tenure, income, debt, fees, dates, loan or institution names, number of loans, payment history, reserve shortfall, saved scenarios and calculation results are not sent to advertising services as targeting parameters.
Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. For Google services, see the Google Privacy Policy. The exact provider list may change when we update this policy and the app.
Purchases
If a remove-ads purchase is offered and you choose to buy it, Google Play processes the transaction and supplies its current purchase status to RepayLab. Refunded, cancelled or revoked access may be removed. RepayLab does not receive your full payment-card details.
Your choices
Where required, privacy choices are presented before relevant processing. You may also use device settings to manage permissions and advertising preferences. RepayLab Settings lets you export or clear local planning data; Android Clear storage or uninstall also removes the app’s private local database.
Sharing and legal requirements
We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law, to protect users and our services, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
Local planning records remain until you change or clear them, clear Android app storage, or uninstall the app. Reminder work is cancelled when its record is disabled or removed. Information handled by third parties is retained under their policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Children
RepayLab is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
